3-Day Residential Retreat

Sudarshan Kriya Retreat

Breathe out stress, breathe in energy. Three days of guided breathwork, meditation, and rest at our Japanese wellness sanctuary — with all accommodation and meals included.

The Practice

The Breath That Changes Everything

Sudarshan Kriya — the heart of SKY Breath Meditation — is a powerful rhythmic breathing technique brought to the world by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. It harmonizes the body and mind, and its effects are documented in over 100 independent studies.

Over three days at our serene 200-acre countryside campus, you'll learn this technique alongside pranayama and meditation, guided by certified instructors. With all stay and meals included, you're free to simply practice and rest.
