This retreat blends ancient wisdom, physical practice, breath, and inner stillness — open to seasoned yogis and complete beginners alike. Led by certified teachers trained under the Sri Sri School of Yoga, it is a bridge between the ancient and the modern, the sacred and the practical.

Over three days at our serene 200-acre countryside campus, with all stay and meals included, you're free to simply practice and rest.

Retreat Schedule

Day 1

Arrival & Gentle Yoga

  • Afternoon check-in and settling into your room
  • Gentle evening yoga to unwind
  • Welcome dinner and orientation

Day 2

Practice & Knowledge

  • Morning yoga, breathwork, and yoga wisdom
  • Lunch and free time in nature
  • Optional activities and quiet reflection
  • Evening session and guided meditation

Day 3

Closing Circle

  • Morning practice and breathwork
  • Closing circle and your take-home sequence
  • Farewell lunch and check-out

Check-in is the afternoon of Day 1; check-out follows lunch on Day 3.

Stay & Nourishment

Everything Is Taken Care Of

This is a fully residential retreat that includes your stay and all meals. From arrival to departure, you're free to focus only on your practice and your rest.

  • 2 nights' accommodation — Western-style or traditional tatami rooms
  • All sattvic vegetarian meals, from welcome dinner to farewell lunch
  • Daily yoga and meditation classes with certified Sri Sri Yoga teachers
